Terms of Use

These terms apply when you visit Reachway's public pages or use Reachway to communicate with a participating clinic.

Effective July 24, 2026

Using Reachway

By using Reachway's public website, a clinic-specific communication page, Webchat, SMS continuation, or a hosted-document link, you agree to these public Terms of Use and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use these public features.

These terms do not govern a clinic's paid Reachway account or replace any agreement between Reachway and a participating clinic.

Your relationship is with the clinic

Reachway supplies communication software. The clinic is responsible for its services, staff, response times, appointment availability, billing decisions, messages, and customer relationship. Reachway does not provide clinic services and cannot make a clinic respond.

A clinic may clearly offer a separate Billing communication destination. If you choose that destination, your new Billing conversation is with the named Billing service, not the clinic whose page you first opened.

Appointments and urgent needs

Reachway may help you send an appointment request or discuss possible times. Sending a message does not create, change, or confirm an appointment. An appointment exists only after the clinic confirms it through its normal process.

Do not use Reachway for emergencies, urgent needs, or care advice. Call local emergency services when immediate help is needed, and contact the clinic through its published urgent-contact method when appropriate.

Webchat and SMS

You may use Webchat without choosing SMS continuation. If you ask to continue by SMS, Reachway will request explicit consent and verify the mobile number before linking the channels. Message frequency depends on the conversation. Your carrier's message and data rates may apply.

You may reply with a recognized STOP request to stop later text messages from that clinic sender. Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from contacting the clinic through another available channel. Mobile carriers and networks may delay, reject, duplicate, or fail to deliver messages, so delivery is not guaranteed.

Hosted-document links

A clinic may send you a private document link through Reachway. The link is intended for the recipient, expires seven days after issuance, and may be revoked sooner. Do not forward or publish it. Reachway does not guarantee that every file is safe for every device; use normal care when opening downloaded files.

Acceptable use

You may not use Reachway to:

  • impersonate another person or provide a phone number you are not authorized to use;
  • access, discover, or interfere with another clinic's information or communication;
  • send unlawful, threatening, deceptive, abusive, or malicious content;
  • upload malware or attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls;
  • scrape, harvest, reverse engineer, or automate access except as law expressly permits; or
  • disrupt the service or use it in a way that harms a clinic, another person, or Reachway.

We may block or end public access that violates these terms or threatens the service.

Content and ownership

You keep any rights you have in content you send. You allow Reachway to process, store, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably needed to deliver the communication, operate and protect the service, follow the clinic's lawful instructions, and comply with law.

Reachway and its licensors own the service, software, design, and branding. These terms give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the public service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of Reachway.

Service availability

Reachway may change, suspend, or discontinue a public feature and may perform maintenance without notice. The service depends on clinics, internet access, mobile carriers, and other providers outside Reachway's control. We do not promise uninterrupted access, delivery at a particular time, or that a clinic will respond.

Responsibility and legal limits

To the extent permitted by law, the public service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that are not expressly stated here. Reachway is not responsible for a clinic's services, appointment or billing decisions, message content, response, or failure to respond, or for delays and failures caused by networks and providers outside Reachway's reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to later use.

Contact the clinic about appointments, billing, its messages, or its services. Contact Reachway Support about these terms or a problem with the Reachway service.
